O mai bună concentrare = O mai bună învăţare

Când învăţăm, trebuie să ne concentrăm. Toată atenţia noastră trebuie să se îndrepte asupra unui lucru. Capacitatea de concentrare nu este înnăscută. Mai întâi, trebuie să învăţăm să ne concentrăm. În general, acest lucru îl învăţăm la grădiniţă sau în clasele primare. La 6 ani, copiii se pot concentra 15 minute. Tinerii de 14 ani se pot concentra şi pot lucra de două ori mai mult. Faza de concentrare a adulţilor este de aproximativ 45 de minute. După o anumită perioadă, puterea de concentrare scade. Elevii îşi pierd interesul asupra conţinutului. E posibil ca ei să fie obosiţi sau stresaţi. Asta face procesul de învăţare mult mai dificil. Memoria nu poate reţine corect conţinutul. Dar ne putem creşte capacitatea de concentrare. E important să fii odihnit suficient înainte de a studia. O persoană obosită nu se poate concentra decât pentru o perioadă scurtă de timp. Creierul face greşeli pentru că este obosit. Emoţiile ne influenţează capacitatea de concentrare. Pentru a învăţa eficient, trebuie să fim într-o stare emoţională neutră. Prea multe emoţii pozitive sau negative pot îngreuna succesul învăţării. Bineînţeles că nu ne putem mereu controla emoţiile. Dar putem încerca să le ignorăm în timpul învăţării. Pentru a fi concentrat, trebuie să fii motivat. Când învăţăm, trebuie mereu să avem un scop în minte. Doar atunci creierul nostru e pregătit să se concentreze. Un mediu calm este şi el important pentru a creşte capacitatea de concentrare. Şi trebuie mereu să bem multă apă în timp ce studiem pentru că ne ţine treji. Cel care ţine cont de toate astea sigur se va putea concentra mai mult timp.
